Fail Mail Friday for 17 December 2010

Welcome to the our next installment of Fail Mail Friday. This is where we showcase a kill mail that we pirates would call a “failure”.

This one comes to us from Esker Sheep. Here is the link to the kill mail and below is a copy of the fitting that you can use with EFT.

Where do I begin? Well, the fact that there are no low slot modules fitted would be a start. Damage modules and/or some form of a tank would have been wise. Using a shield tank on a ship meant for armor tanking is again, unwise and the consistent lack of consistent weaponry rounds out this failure quite nicely.

Those of you who fly Abaddons, I feel your pain and cries of anguish.

So, congratulations to Esker Sheep for our Fail Mail Friday submission. As being the selected for this week’s fail mail, Esker Sheep would normally receive an isk prize award for the cheapest low slot module. As you can see, well, there are none, however, I feel it’s only fair to mention that Esker Sheep will have the distinction of having been our winner for the rest of the calendar year as he found some really awesome gems to share. That and a cool 1 million isk should make things look nice.

Have a fail mail that you would like to submit? You can send me an in game email to Ga’len with Fail Mail in the subject line. You can also contact me on Twitter @Galen_Druid or send me an old fashioned email to Galen@eve-druid.com and again, use Fail Mail in the subject line.

Until next time, have fun and see you out there!
